I have a 93 s/c and am having trouble with heater fan running by control resistor or main control?

The heater fan is operated on low speeds by both the fan switch which sends power to the heater fan resistor to control the fan speed and then on to the blower motor. The high speed is usually controlled by the fan switch and also a high blower relay.
