Its suppose to be 99.9% effective, so like a .1% chance of getting pregnant, but do you really want to be the .1%? That's what I would ask myself lol. I really didn't think people really ever had that happen, I thought it was mostly people who said they were taking it but weren't. But then, my best friend who JUST had twins became pregnant again. I know she was taking hers, all she wanted was 2 kids and she got that in her first try. She wanted to get fixed and they wouldn't let her. AND to top it all off the dad wasnt suppose to be able to have kids at all... So what I'm saying is that it can happen so I would just be safe and not do it. What I would do is wear and condom and pull out, just to be safe :)

if she's taking the pill regularly then it's about 99% effective. you should still wear a condom, just to be on the safe side.
how do you know she doesn't have STD's have you seen paperwork? If you haven't you don't KNOW anything?
