Birth control after a miscarriage/D+C?
Last week I miscarried at 9 weeks, followed by a D+C. The pregnancy was a dramatic, yet pleasant surprise with many pros and cons, for my boyfriend and I. We have decided that we are not quite ready to have a baby yet, so I will be going on the pill. I know that doctors say not to try for a couple of months after a miscarriage, does that mean I should wait a couple of cycles before going on the pill?Birth control after a miscarriage/D+C?

The reason for suggesting you wait before trying for a pregnancy again is to let your body recover physically and mentally. In your case, you don't want to try again soon, just as a woman newly delivered isn't exactly ready- so the pill makes good sense. Just speak with the gynecologist and get your script. I'm sorry you lost the baby, all the same. You are never really ready for motherhood, but sometimes you are more ready than others. Still, it's a loss you feel I'm sure. i was on borth control for a few yrs until january. i stopped taking them from january til june. however during the month of june i definately didn't take them at the same time let alone everyday (bad memory) but i always caught them up. i started bleeding (to heavy for implantion and wayyy to light for period) 4-5 days BEFORE my period was suppose to come. the bleeding lasted for ten days. usually i get rly sore breasts but my boobs haven't been sore at all, so thats y i was confused about my period. its usually 6 days, very heavy, rly sore boobs. i am also having frequent head aches, eating and sleeping ALOT, always tired, peeing all the time (evry 20 min+) however still no sore boobs, no nausea so i donm't think i could be pregnant especially since i got my period. i have been having unprotected sex and have not tested yet (probly a waste of money). could this be from messing up my pills, maybe stress, or has anyone had these symptoms and found out that they were infact pregnant??Was this a 10 day period or was it b/c of my birth control???

My car only has the fan speed to control the coolness. If the compressor cycle does not change, where the excess high pressure liquid freon go when I turn down the fan speed? I know antibiotics alter the effectiveness of birth control pills,how long should you use back up b/c?
I would continue to use a backup method at least a week after you quit taking antibiotics - same as you would if you miss a pill. Better to be on the safe side.

Mouse (i.c.t) is out of control?
Since yesterday the mouse for my pc has been acting really strange, it doesn't really want to do what I want it to and sometimes when I am trying to scroll the arrow won't move. Then when it does, it goes wild and keeps doing strange things like opening that little window thing that come up when you right-click even though haven't right-clicked.
And earlier I tried to send an email and as I moved the arrow to near the send button my pc refreshed the window and I had to type the email again from scratch.
It is really frustrating, esp when my pc keeps shutting down windows for no apparent reason and I have to re-open them again and try and find the site I was on again by going to the history.
Anyone have any idea what is wrong and what I can do about it?
I think this has happened before a while ago. It might be because I have been using my pc a lot lately because it behaves kinda weird when I use it a lot but I don't know.

Update it - reboot in Safe Mode and scan Your PC - when scan finishes hit 'Fix Problems'
Also run your Antivirus and see if that picks up any nasties - delete them.(see link for AVG)
Switch off System Restore If you find bugs as they can and do hide in these files.
Re-enable System restore and manually set a fresh restore point
The most likely cause of your problem is your mouse needs cleaning. It's very simple to do, just unscrew the base of the mouse and this will give you access to the scroll wheel. You may need a small pair of tweezers to pick out the fluff that has gathered. You will be amazed at the amount of rubbish you remove.
From your comment about the PC shutting down, have you got any decent anti-malaware? Have you dismantled your mouse and cleaned it?

Where can i download the program (SndVol32.exe)? which is the volume control program for a p.c?
First try this: Go into your Control Panel and open Folder Options, under the View tab uncheck ';Hide protected operating system files (recommended)';, click Apply/OK. Now go into Windows Explorer(Not Internet Explorer) and go to C:\Windows\System32\dllcache folder and open it. Locate the sndvol32.exe file right click it,choose copy. Next go to the C:\Windows\System32 folder and open it. In the right pane right click an empty area and choose Paste. Now you should have your volume icon back.

Excellent. However, I found it by using ';search'; on the start menu, copy and pasted the name you gave, specified search hidden files; search found it, I copied it, opened file manager, went to the location, pasted it in. Like a charm

Excellent. However, I found it by using ';search'; on the start menu, copy and pasted the name you gave, specified search hidden files; search found it, I copied it, opened file manager, went to the location, pasted it in. Like a charm

2003 escalade rear a/c unit only blows out hot air, i try to change the control module but they was no power?
there is a diagnostic trouble code set in the auxillary heater ventalation a/c control module. find out what the code is, for example, BXXXX where the x is the number 0-9. this code will, unfortunately, have to be scanned at a dealership. i haven't seen an autozone in my life that will retrieve HVAC codes! the code is probably set for the auxillary temp door actuator control, or paraphrased like that. more than likely you have a bad temperature door actuator. this is located in the rear of the vehicle, near the rear hvac case. i would seek professional help if i was you.

He had a republican congress that rubber stamp his policies for six years, and the increase in the world demand for oil was predictable and predicted, yet he had no energy policy that addressed the problem, and did not even propose expanding off shore drilling until about a month ago. President are blamed for what they did not do that they should have.
His big initiative was to push for hydrogen fuel cell technology which will not help for at least another 10 year, but he loosened gas mileage standards and reduced funding for hybrid technology that would have had short term results.
Because any uncertainty in the oil markets causes the price of oil to go up such as the storms threatening the gulf of mexico this causes uncertainty in oil delivery and with the start of the war in Iraq this caused a lot of uncertainty in the middle east where most of the oil comes from which caused it to go up and since Bush started the illegal war he is to blame for all the consequence of it such as higher oil prices.
Because liberals just wanted someone to blame and its a rarity that people these days do their homework to really find out what is going on. So based on the idea of people that think our government is so wrong and bad and its the devil they figure they would blame the man that they know is closest to the problem, however if they were to look into it they would see that Bush is a tiny spec if that on the back of our oil problem.

If Exxon can make BILLIONS in profits (that's after their overhead people) then they can afford to LOWER the gas price.

Just the increased possibility of this is enough to drive up futures prices for oil.

Most martial arts that I have studied have a practical and a theoretical component. The theory is usually about how to walk in the way of peace and use your practical fighting skills to keep you safe in the process. The swordsman Munenori wrote a book called the Life-Giving Sword which was all about how to turn a seemingly vicious way of killing someone into a defensive skill that preserved lives. There isnt really any connection between studying Taekwondo and having a bad temper. They are two seperate issues. You can learn to control your temper by attending anger-management classes and maybe you also need some life-skills./social training as well so that conversations dont turn into duels. Have you considered just counting to ten (1,2,3 etc under your breath) before you say something you regret??
You might also consider studying another martial art such as Aikido to see if you can be helped by the phillosophical side of such sports.
If you are losing control while sparring, you need to stop and back off right away. If this is something that happens regularly you need to stop sparring until you've resolved whatever the real issue is. Talk to a professional counselor. Anger issues are a very common problem, there is lots of help out there.
Look up some tips online on how to control ur anger. I, myself am a martial artist, and having sever anger issues is something what must be left at the door. The ppl u train with are your family. if they get hurt, its ur fault.
Consult your Master who teaches you this Martial Art. Or go to Korea to learn.make up

I have a RangeValidator control which I want to use in conjunction with the date value in a custom calendar control. The control has a Text property which contains the date value, but the RangeValidator doesn't seem to just be able to validate the control as a whole, so I'm trying to reference the Text.

I need to write a PIC micro-control program in C language to watch for belt movement.?
I have a shaft encoder on the belt. I want PIC chip to turn off certain output when shaft encoder is not moving and turn on that output when shaft encoder is moving. It was easy to turn on output when shaft encoder starts moving but I am having trouble to tell the chip when shaft encoder is stopped. You can solve that by polling the encoder in a fixed sample rate (say 100Hz I don't know). Keep checking the last sample with the current one, if it hasn't changed, increment a counting variable. Whenever the last sample is different from the current one, reset that counter.
Keep watching that variable, if it's bigger than a certain amount (if you pick 100, it means that after 1s without movement, the system is taken as stopped), set the output off, otherwise on. If you need some draft of the C code let me know.

there has to be something that tells you the temp inside the car? A thermometer? compare it to what you set the climate control on it should be the same temp or near. To see if there is a charge put the climate control on the lowest setting and see if the air coming out of the vents is cold if not then there is no charge if you hit the gas a little and the air becomes colder then there is a low charge.

It won't work if it cant' find the program, so even using it you would have to reinstall. Also when using it, make sure you understand the deleting registry key section.

In my opinion if you can find a great skilled car electrician he can wire a house AC remote or any other remote and put in a sensor and a mechanism to control the AC controls.

In my opinion if you can find a great skilled car electrician he can wire a house AC remote or any other remote and put in a sensor and a mechanism to control the AC controls.

It isn't that simple as one may think. One need to operate the AC with your remote control when he/she is away from the vehicle, isn't it? As a safety measure, mainly against theft, most of the modern vehicles have an engine immobilizer that is attached to its central locaking (remot) mechanism. If you want the A.C running then you need to have the engine running simultaneously or else you will drain the battery. Birth Control question after C-Section Please help !!?

I just had a baby in March and Im going to get my birth control today and im going to be on the Ortho Evra Patch and I had a c-section, the only place I like to wear the patch is where my pantie line is.. which the patch will cover some of my c-section scar. Is that Ok? it has been 2 months and 3 days since my c-section, do you think if i put it over top of the scar and when i take it off to put on another patch will it open my scar back open? If you've had the staples and the bandages taken off of your scar already, I would think that you would be ok to put the patch there. I don't see a patch ripping open your scar. You would have to do some serious stretching of the skin to reopen that. But ask you doctor when you go to get your birth control.Birth Control question after C-Section Please help !!?
I'd honestly reconsider the patch. I had a horrible experience with it and will NEVER use it again. It doesn't stick well and then leaves marks on your body when you peel it off(you know, like if you have a bandaid on too long). I've also read it's associated with a higher risk of blood clots in women.
Anyway, that small amount of pulling caused by the patch shouldn't affect your scar in any way. If you're worried just pull it off gently.

If i were you i would reconcider and try Mirena. i just had a c-section and thats what i plan to use. It seems to be the only BC women arent really complaining about. Birth control after D&C/miscarriage?
First, thank you to everyone who answered my question the other day about spotting. It did turn out that I had miscarried at 10wks and had to have a D%26amp;C. I'm working through the physical healing and know the emotional healing will take much longer. My doctor put me on the pill for one month to restore my cycle. He wants me to wait the standard three months to heal emotionally, but honestly, the only thing that keeps me going is the thought of having a baby again. I know the baby will not replace what we have lost, but I need something to fill the void in my heart.
I understand that I MUST wait for a full cycle to try again. Should I stay on the pill for the prescribed month or get off? I don't want the hormones from the pill staying in my system and preventing pregnancy during my next ovulation. I really want a baby again as soon as safe. Will taking the pill for one month prevent pregnancy next ovulation? I'd only be off the pill for 2 wks when it is time to try again...Birth control after D%26amp;C/miscarriage?

Your uterus has just been through a trauma, and the lining might not be ideal this next month, which is not what is best for an embryo to implant. I'm sure that you want this next implantation to be perfect, to improve your chances of having a healthy and successful pregnancy.
I don't think this will be helpful, but I also wanted to remind you that, pill or no pill, your hormones are really wacky right now, and that can be contributing to your sadness, above and beyond your loss. Form Control in Visual C#
I am currently writing a program in C#, and am almost complete except for one minute detail, I can't completely control multiple forms. I have three forms setup, two visible and one ';invisible';. The two visible forms are for functions involving creating a contact for a business. Now the two forms need to be able to be used interchangeably; however, they cannot be open at the same time. This is able to be controlled, for the most part, by the ';invisible'; form. The third ';invisible'; form is a notifyIcon in the system tray with a menu with three menuItems: open small form, open large form, exit. These three will do the following:
Open Small Form: Opens the small form, closes the large form if open
Open Large Form: Opens the large form, closes the small form if open
Exit: Application.Exit
Now here is the problem. On the small form, there is a details button which SHOULD open the large form. This does not give me the option to explicitly control this form from the ';invisible'; form, but only from the small form.
Is it possible to create a control on the third form that opens the large form when the button on the small form is clicked? I cannot post source code because it is the intellectual property of the company... the bought my thoughts...
But it will get posted in its entirity, with change to intellectual thoughts and behaviors, for free use, without any legal obligations to me :), or in other words, freeware! So completing this means the world doens't have to pay microsoft for their contact manager anymore and they can have a robust program that does it all for them... I've been on birth control going on 5 months.. I plan on taking it another 2 more months after and then my husband and I want to try to have a baby. I also have P.C.O.S. Now my son is 2 1/2 yrs and I have been trying to conceive for 6 months I am on the met and a high dose of clomid. If you are overweight try to lose a few lbs. When I lost 30# thats when I got pg. Try some of the trying to conceive forums. It really helps to have the support. BC will help you actually because after stopping it your periods will be regular. I would track your cycles and figure out when you are ovulating. There are sticks you can get to show when you are ovulating or you can watch your body's signs.P.C.O.S and Birth Control..?

Testosterone (the male hormone) and
Progesterone (the pregnancy hormone)

In some women it may run in families, in other women it may only occur if they are overweight and will then correct itself once they lose weight.

excessive or male pattern hair growth (hirsutism) due to imbalance between oestrogen and testosterone
irregular menstrual cycles (cycles which are either less than 21 days or more than 35 days apart)
heavy bleeding due to lack of ovulation
obesity
Most women will present with the problems of abnormal bleeding, hirsutism, infertility or less commonly with obesity. Some women with PCOS may have a higher than normal miscarriage rate if they become pregnant.
Diagnosing PCOS
The diagnosis of PCOS is made primarily on the woman鈥檚 presenting history and examination. The diagnosis can be confirmed on ultrasound or by measuring the woman鈥檚 hormonal levels. If the ultrasound and the blood tests are normal it does not mean that the woman does not have the condition. However, it has also been found that women who do not have problems with their periods or of excessive hair growth can have ovaries which on ultrasound have the appearance of being polycystic.
How is PCOS treated?
The treatment of a woman with PCOS will depend on the presenting problems. For example, the problem of hirsutism will prevent treatment for infertility.
If a woman presents with irregular heavy bleeding, the oral contraceptive pill (OCP) is the treatment of choice, both to regulate the cycle and to prevent over growth of the endometrium (lining of the womb). Progesterone can also be given to replace what is not being produced monthly. If hirsutism is the problem it can be treated using the OCP as well as with drugs that act against testosterone. If these drugs are used it is most important that the woman use a reliable form of contraception as they may cause genital abnormalities in a male baby if the woman becomes pregnant.
If infertility is the problem then clomiphene citrate (CC) (Clomid or Serophene) given orally for 5 days early in the menstrual cycle may induce ovulation. Ovulation can be induced in 80% of women using CC and pregnancy rates approach those seen in the normal population (20-25% per month) provided that there are no other factors affecting fertility. The commonest side-effect with CC is hot flushes. The multiple pregnancy rate with CC is 5% and the majority of these multiple pregnancies are twin pregnancies.
If CC fails to induce ovulation at maximal doses or if the woman has tried CC for up to 6 cycles in which she has ovulated but has not become pregnant, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) at low doses may be given. Prior to using these drugs the treating doctor will want to (if she/he has not already done so) make sure that the woman鈥檚 Fallopian tubes are open and that her pelvis is normal, by performing a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. These drugs are given by injection and when the woman uses these drugs she needs to be monitored using blood tests and ultrasounds to make sure that the drugs are not causing her to develop too many eggs. The aim when these drugs are used is to cause only one egg to develop (similar to in a natural cycle).
Nevertheless, the multiple pregnancy rate may be 20-30% with 80% of these multiple pregnancies being twin pregnancies.
Weight loss is also of paramount importance. The disease process may be reversed with loss of weight and there is also evidence that the higher miscarriage rate may decrease to that in the general population with weight loss. A dietician may be required.
An operation called ovarian drilling, performed at laparoscopy, can also be used to treat women with PCOS. This operation is usually reserved for women who want to be pregnant, and who have not ovulated on CC. In these women it may be used as an alternative to HMG or FSH. During this procedure the ovary is cauterized by drilling into it in a number of spots. We do not know exactly why this procedure works. If the operation is successful the effect may be long lasting.
In a small number of women, PCOS can be a very severe disease in that it can lead to the development of diabetes with all its complications. If the doctor suspects that the woman has this type of illness, she may need to undergo testing to make sure that she is not currently a diabetic. If diabetes is diagnosed weight loss, diet and the possible use of tablets may be necessary.

i was thinking of making a rc airplane out of scatch,its going to be a hybrid of an MD-11 (3RD eingine) and a 777(everything eles...).... i need help of finding what motors, and what i need to steer the plane... i heard that anyone can control the steering by using the engines....What would need to control a 3 engine R/C aiplane?
First off the best thing to do is to buy a trainer plane and fly with an instructor at a flying field. That way you know how to fly and then you can move onto buiding your plane. Also you would need a radio and reciever with at least 4 channels. You would need the required amount of servos and speed controls if you are going electric. Like i said this is not something someone jumps into. I learned the hard way. I tried to fly my trainer plane without an instructor and ended up crashing beyond repair. I have a 93 s/c and am having trouble with heater fan running by control resistor or main control?
The heater fan is operated on low speeds by both the fan switch which sends power to the heater fan resistor to control the fan speed and then on to the blower motor. The high speed is usually controlled by the fan switch and also a high blower relay.

I have to display some toottip message on the tab buttons of a dialog, when the user moves mouse over the tab. I tried it by adding tooltip message by using AddTool() method of CTabCtrl object. But this shows the same message displayed with all tab buttons(within the same tab control object), So I should add different tooltip msg. for each of the tab in a tab control. Where can I have my dragonfly R/C electric radio controlled helicopter serviced?
I have an older dragonfly 4 channel, electric powered, radio controlled, helicopter, I purchased it back in 2004. During my last crash the pinion gear came off the tail motor, and was lost, the motor however still works fine. I have prechased a new tail motor with pinion gear, it is for the new Walker Dragonfly model #4, not the older Dragonfly 4 channel helicopter that I have. It is longer, heavier, and the magnet is much more powerful, will the replacement motor work, on my older Dragonfly helicopter ? Or will I have to find a replacment pinion gear, for the original tail motor? Click, hold, and drag Selects text from where you click and hold to the point you drag and let go.
Double-click If double-click a word, selects the complete word.
Double-click Double-clicking on the left, center, or right of a blank line will make the alignment of the text left, center, or right aligned.
Double-click Double-clicking anywhere after text on a line will set a tab stop.
Triple-click Selects the line or paragraph of the text the mouse triple-clicked.
Ctrl + Mouse wheel Zooms in and out of document.
